i'm coming up on infra-red
TO-DO-List for Friday

I have to write this list, because otherwise I never will do all the things I’ve to do!
Knowing myself I know I’d be a lazy bitch and just lay the whole day in bed and play with my laptop -.-
Unfortunately friday is my only off-day, so I have to get a lot of stuff done!

  • clean my room (vacuum clean, collect the stuff that is laying everywhere and should be in the closet, …)
  • do at least some laundry 
  • write back at least 3 friends of mine (Brigitte - very urgently! three months waiting for an answer is enough!; Tami; my brother; Carina; Franzi;….)
  • look up universities in Austria and what I maybe want to study (check application time and so on!)
  • write to Alpin about working in summer!!
  • do some practices of the norwegian study program!
  • ask Mirijam if she wants to go for a coffee or go out
  • write your chouchsurfing critic + search this one girl …
  • … 

1- Practice good “sleep hygiene.”2 - Make sure you have a comfortable bed in which you can get a good night’s sleep.3 - Soundproof your room.4 - Adjust the lights to a level you are comfortable with.5 - Read6 - Get into a comfortable position, loosen any tight restrictive clothing.7 - Practice deep breathing.8 - Imagine yourself sinking into the mattress, starting from the very tips of your toes. 9 - Meditate10 - Use the Best Me Technique of self-hypnosis to involve your whole person in the process of going to sleep.11 - Don’t count sheep!
